Witness Protection + School Picture Day

As a huuuge fan of most new wackadoo comedy – and though Adult Swim is so hit or miss for me, this swizzle. is. AWESOME!!!!!!  FINALLY, Eugene Mirman plays a role that’s worthy of his unique style:  a Russian hitman trying to make it as a stand-up comedian in New York’s “top clubs”.  Aughhh I love it!

I don’t know how long this show can last because of the craaaazy premise – a reality show about a family in the witness protection program.

However, it is freaking hilarious and makes It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia look like The Bonnie Hunt Show.  It’ll also take awhile for me to get bored of Jon Glaser’s everyman lines delivered in an everyman way through a freagin VOICE CHANGER!!!  And YES, he is ALWAYS wearing a ski mask.

With Delocated, Look Around You and the coming of Mighty Boosh, Adult Swim is definitely doing better in my book.  However, nothing can ever match the brilliance of my favorite import ever, Garth Marenghi’s Dark Place.  God, that show had it all….
