Jen will be on CNN's The Situation Room today, Jan 1!!!

Hey you guys, the CNN crew JUST left my house. I got back home to my apartment last night (to a mouse in a glue trap) and this morning I got an e-mail from CNN asking if they could interview me about my recent layoff from VH1 Digital/how my job search is going. My friend Kevin is friends with a producer there, and he hooked them up with me. Massive thanks to Kevin!!!
Here’s the timeline of what happened today:
Jen’s Jan 1, 2009
12:28pm CNN producer sends me an email
1:03pm I see the email/respond
1:05pm CNN producer calls me/I miss the call
1:09pm I call CNN producer and give her directions to my house
1:50pm CNN producer and camera guy show up at my house, set up some equipment and interview me
2:38pm CNN producer and camera guy leave
That is a waaay interesting start to the New Year!
Watch me on CNN’s The Situation Room today. The show is on from 4-7pm, and the story will be on around 4:25pm today.
Maybe Wolf Blitzer will say my name!!!
Oh, and…HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
